The Story
Rich and Sam Oldham bought a cabin and the 400 acres around it roughly six years ago. They didn’t wait for someone else to build the playground. They started cutting lines, building trails, and shaping the mountain themselves.

It started with the simple idea that if you want a private mountain, you have to go out and make one. No lifts. No groomed runs. No crowds. Just the work of turning raw land into terrain you actually want to ride.
Moose Springs Ranch is private, fully off-grid, and unfinished on purpose. No membership tiers. No public access. Invite-only — if you’re here, you already know the rules.
The cabin sits as the base. From there the road climbs, the trails leave, and the season decides what gets built next. Dirt bikes when it’s dry. Snowboards when the snow lands. Tracked UTVs to reach the places helicopters don’t go. Cliff jumps and road gaps that only exist because someone went out and cut them.

Every trail, every jump, every feature starts with what’s already on the mountain. Downed trees become grind features. Natural terrain gets shaped just enough to ride.

There’s no crowd waiting at the bottom. No lift line. No one else on the mountain unless they were invited.

Rich and Sam are still out here doing the work. Come see what we’re building.
